This may be more difficult then is sounds.
Come up with a pretty standard meal
The trick is you have to do it all with song lyrics or song titles.
Rules:
- If you are using just a line from a song please give the song title
- You can use lyrics that are a metaphor for something else
- No Opera
Bonus: The more courses the better.

It’s my favorite line in a commercial running right now. “If Movie studios ran the world” the guy in charge of the rain mutters it after he is told to turn off the rain.
He puts a positive spin on his job. This exercise I want you to try to take something negative and find the positive aspect of it.

Have Fun!
Bonus: Make another one go from Positive to negative.

Inspiration isn’t something that just pops into a designer’s head. Most of the time, we must make an active approach to discover it. This obviously isn’t a new concept, and there are thousands of inspiration websites from CSS galleries to showcase blog posts. These are way overused, though; in order to create a truly successful design, one must find inspiration elsewhere.

This assignment has two variations.
Variation One:
- Pick a color any color (red, yellow, blue etc.)
- Try to think of as many things that are associated with that color. (I.E. Red: Apple, Fire truck etc.)
- They don’t have to be something that is only that color but it should be the first color you think of when you picture it in your head and you shouldn’t have to defend your choice.
- If someone has picked your color already you can just add to the list they started or give us your complete list.
Variation Two:
- Pick a color any color (red, yellow, blue etc.)
- Try to think of as many things that are associated with that color. (I.E. Yellow, banana, lemon)
- Take a picture of it.
- Make sure in the picture you can:
- Tell what the object is
- Fill most of he picture with the color
- Upload your pictures to your favorite site to share.
Have fun!
Bonus: Pick a really unique color!

Here is a great article about fun in the work place.
Being Serious Won’t Make You Silly, Yet Being Silly Can Help You Be More Serious
By Robert Alan Black, Ph.D.
Over 35 years of working in creative fields and working with people striving to be more creative or use more creativity I have discovered that silly has its place in the serious workplace.
Tell me what you think?

Most Embarrassing moment. We all have one and we probably have been asked to talk about them over and over. I’m not going to do that.
I’m going to give you a rare opportunity. I’ve just given you all the ability to rewrite history.
Take your most embarrassing moment. A funny one.
Change the story in any way but this time it can end the way you want.
Have Fun!
Bonus: Was it difficult to pick only one?

This week come up with your own and try to use it at least once this week.
